When I did one of those around a year ago, I had the camera on the tripod on the back seat, the tripod had two legs extended, and they went down into the rear footwells, and the third leg was down into the middle back seat. It was all wedged in there pretty tight!

The result wasn't bad either!

what do u set the focus as? i suppose it dont really matter about outside the car right? long as the interior is sharp.

how long was that exposure? id imagine if its quite well lit it wont be that long maybe 5-10 sec which is ok it your on the motorway i guess. i can always make it longer with some filters tho.

my try it with my mate, he can do top speed in his fabia and ill take photos.

oh and just incase anyone wanted to know.... i took this with a 5MP Canon SD400 compact. so

to all those who think you need an SLR to get good shots.

Yup i had it on a tripod wedged between the handle and this wall thats behind the seat.

Don- yup, I just got an underwater case for my camera (though it's an ewa marine- not a true hard case). It's a lot of fun to do angles now that weren't open to me before.

Arosamike- nice! Can't wait to see more from the race!

Speaking of angles I took a sail today with some friends. I thought this was a pretty good angle!
