Default Prodrift Round 3 Saturday

Departed Waterford at 7a.m. on Saturday morning, destination: Nutts Corner, Belfast, Northern Ireland. By far the the furthest we've had to travel for a round of the Irish series, it was a long haul but what a great turnout for the event.

Saturday was for Semi-Pro, Pro License test and Pro Practice.

Enjoy ...

Great pics, but I do have one issue with them: why are all of the drift pictures (not just in this thread, in the other one as well) so damn tilted? I mean, I would understand some or even most, but all? images/smilies/tongue.gif

There is a wee reason for the angle tho, you can fit more car in from corner to corner than you can from side to side. It also helps to increase the sense of speed & the amount of angle the car has ! Usually only tilt the camera on tracks where I'm stuck for width at the wide end of the zoom ...

Great shots as usual Paddy! I'm here in the library drooling... most of those cars are on my 'would love to own' list... images/smilies/smile.gif

Yup, two too many cars, but I love 'em:
1991 Peugeot 309 - owned it for four years, currently the only runner and the daily driver... but great fun to drive! French though, so gotta treat her rough to keep her happy.
1989 Toyota MR2 Mk1 - owned it for two years. Love it loads. Currently undergoing a suspension upgrade...
1987 Toyota MR2 Mk1 SC - A project car that had Headgasket issues when I bought it. I've never driven it... yet...
