A canon powershot A560, all of a sudden, from one pic to the next this smudgy circle arrived "on" the lens, I have no idea how it got there, the lens is clean.
Is it broken...? ![]() ![]()

Might be lint or dust, is it exactly right in the middle, or did you enlarge the picture?
I would clean the lens with a lens cleaning cloth, and try again. If it does not go away, there is something on the sensor, which will not be accessible in the time you have left.

Don't you have another thread about a broken DVD drive? You must be techno-jinxed.
But yeah, looks like it could be dirt on the lens or sensor. I don't know how you get dirt on the sensor of a point and shoot because it should be sealed, right? So it could be something beyond my knowledge. |

I did enlarge it a bit, it is exactly in the middle. And I am jinxed these days, everything breaks...
![]() The lens is spotless, so it must be something else. Is it something they can fix in a camera shop relatively easily?
