Default Whole bunch of new stuff!

No I did not bite the bullet and get my beloved 350D, but my Dad gave me all of his old photography equipment. Check it out:

Gonna learn the basics with the TL first. Whole lotta stuff here, only bad thing is I gotta use film and get it processed, but it will be an interesting learning experience.

If that 75-205 is F3.5 straight through as you've written, that's amazing! images/smilies/eek.gif

Yeah man, thats exactly whats written on the lens. I really don't know what I'm dealing with to be honest, but its a sweet lens.

Just playing around with it, the zoom is amazing.

When I get some film processed I'm be sure to scan and show to you all. Just gotta learn first. images/smilies/smile.gif

If I take the macro extension and use the huge Telesar, I can take a ultra close up macro shot from like 3 feet away. Its crazy.

Film is fun to use, a lot more fun than digitals!
It's just that it costs an arm and a leg to get film developed over here.. images/smilies/sad.gif

Nice set of kit though, have fun learning images/smilies/smile.gif

I was thinking about playing with my father's old camera equipment as well before actually buying a (D-)SLR camera, but I massively lack time at the moment. Looking forward to hear of your experiences, jayjaya!
