Car: '02 Nissan X-Trail, '06 Honda Civic EXi Rep Power: 52 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Is this your first chop, or are you starting out? cos there are a few things you could do to make it look a whole lot better. First, dont make the car bigger, i noticed that it's wider than before, that's the worst way to add body to a car, there are smudging ways to add body to a car, dont just edit size, it makes it look terrible, stretched pixels and all. The door and side view mirrors can be properly reddened with a bit of play on the levels and hue & saturation as well, i have no idea what the whiteness around them is. The wheels would look better with a bit of contrast, making the dark areas darker. the grilles need a bit of shadow work and that jailfence grille doesnt do justice to this car, using one grille throughout almost always looks better. the one good thing is that you got the roof lowered well, but a few scrapes on the rear window are still visible, and the clean up of the gas cap isnt smooth. And finally, the ducts on the hood are misaligned, they need to point to the left more. I always got my basic tips and tricks from the photoshop bible (digimods.co.uk) and worked from then on, perhaps you'd better refer to it, practice, and you'll be doing great in no time ![]() And if you want to rad up a Holden/Monaro type car, dont just replace parts, just make it meaner and more badass looking than possible, like this one: http://forums.finalgear.com/photoshopping/ve-commodore-upgrade-13335/, nothing special, but the effects make it look so much better |

| Previously Known As Jamesd | The doors are bigger on the monaro, but not that much bigger. The Monaro is also 100mm shorter, not that really matters anyway! Try putting the front and back on a Monaro body. Much easier and it'll look better as a result, but not bad.
