What do you think? My first of its kind (BTW: I'm not very skilled at PS) and it took a few hours. Just though I'd share it and see what ppl think.

Looks kinda busy, like way too much is going on to distract the reader from the actual words. The Art Deco headings, the overlapping paragraphs, the weird construction-sign paragraph headers...overlooking that it's just a standard three-column layout, nice and simple, and there's not much you can do to that tried-and-true layout without being too distracting.

Oh, and "american" is capitalized.

I dont like the font (the genesis coupe and the concept font), just doesnt work for me. Also the photoshop color change job on the bottom pic is kinda sloppy, and the green reflections give it away. Everything else looks alright though.

The whole article doesn't seem to flow from start to end, the colors clash a bit too much. And half the edges are rounded while the other half are flat cut, it seems a bit random.

Good effort, but a] work on your PS skills, it doesn't take much to do c&p and recolouring properly and b] work on the fonts, there are much better ones than stock available.

I'm with you. I don't like the main text fonts either. Don't use serif fonts except for titles or the beginning letter of the paragraph. Use sans serif fonts. They look cleaner, more modern and sexier.
