These things are so easy to do. It takes ten minutes tops if you know the easy way, in CS2 or higher:

1. copy the face and place it where you want it (obviously in it's own layer)
1.5. hard edges only, this won't work if the layers have soft edges
2. control+shift+click on all layers to be blended
3. contract the selection by 2-3 pixels
4. delete/clear the selected pixels on the original image
5. select all the layers to be blended (including the original image, now with holes in it)
6. make sure the image is on RGB mode
7. edit > auto-blend layers

then a little bit of cleaning up if it doesn't work perfectly, aaaand voila!

Hey, thanks for the photoshops - some seriously dodgy looking people in it now!!
The only thing is, I was meant to say I wanted the full head on each of the bodies - looking at my original request i said faces, but I meant full heads. If someone could do that, itd be great, but I cant see how its going to get any better than those last 2 images posted.

Thanks for the guide too Ramseus, must look into it and see if I can start doing this myself.

seeing as all the other ones went so well, this time I have a real challenge - a burnt ginger face on borats body? anyone up for the challenge?!
