Glad you like them. Have you ppl tried Picasa 2? An unbelievably easy to use photo tool that can create stunning effects. All of the above effects are done with Picasa 2, after which I used photoshop with a batch resize.

Btw, is it possible to have an swf file as a signature?

Not on this forum. However, itt is possible for Viper to install a mod that would allow it.

No SWF. Mods are a PITA not to mention SWF files are larger, can move (annoying), play audio (annoying), etc.
