I haven't used either so I couldn't tell you.

Basically its just 2 blurs on the car: a radial blur on the wheel and a motion blur on everything else.

The text is just text, there's nothing to it, and the koenigsegg logo was pasted on.

Oh yeah there is a little bit of editing needed in order to enlarge the right side of the original (stock) photo you put up, but I'm sure either program could do that.

VikiradTG2007, I gave it a quick attempt, although the given the pics you gave me I added my own concept/ideas as I felt that was the best way to work it. Let me know if it's ok, or if not then what you'd like done
