As soon as I saw the heroic depictions of the crusaders, I knew what this would be about ... and it´s taking islamophobia to a new level by adding this religious side to it, comparing themselves to the crusaders and stuff. That´s something that over here only the real hard-core NeoNazis would do ... this is above just being xenophobic bullshit. This is dangerous Ideology that is right up there with radical Islamists ... or 1930ies Antisemitism ...

Britain's integration/immigration policies need to be overhauled. Obviously something is not working right. In the United States the process is, you arrive and then you are on your own. There is no incentive to retain the culture from the home country and those immigrants generally adapt. There are enclaves of specific groups but generally those who end up in these enclaves only remain there for a short amount of time and then move on.

Oddly enough, I agree with you, and I suspect a great deal of people do.

However, going around trying to pick fights may not be the best way to do it. Neither would be BNP links, nor one of their own members describing themselves as "the most organised and ruthless street army in the country".

I agree up to a point but know that eventually people tend to integrate. They can't help but integrate in many UK cities.

The problems occur when, for whatever reason, immigrants are blamed for societal problems by the 'natives' which results in people simply not wanting to integrate - hell I'd want to ignore and stay as far away from any person I knew identified themselves as a supporter of a party like the BNP or similar and I'm white - think about how a non white immigrant in the typically disadvantaged areas that this segregation exists must feel.

It leads to those carefully selected, sensationalised headlines seen in the video above. There's a healthy media industry to cater to lower and middle class right wing opinion in this country that doesn't seem to change its tune or work out solutions to problems they perceive to be bringing down British society - in fact they do their very best to provoke people. It's how they make their money.

Millions have integrated into British society over the years, we're not a country that has only recently embraced immigration - over the years its been from Italy, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, West Indies to name a few and for the most part everyone has added their own little bit and helped to shape modern British society.

Of course there needs to be limits on how many can be let in, restrictions on who can enter etc. but there also needs to be tolerance on the part of those already living in the country to allow for successful integration - there seems to be a disturbing rise in the support for the intolerant these days though but that's not to say its a new phenomenon. Maybe we have reached a critical mass, maybe we do need to slow down the flow of people in to the country in order to solve some problems with jobs, housing etc. but 'solutions' from the far right seem to consist of implementing racist policies and further inflaming tensions that needn't exist.

One of the major problems with people from the Indian sub-continent is that they send their daughters back for an arranged marriage and their sons get married to incoming women - they never integrate - ever. Still things could be worse - currys ftw!
