Priority one for her will be to bury Obama, which is too bad; I dont agree on his politics but his charisma is intriguing. To me she is a nagging, socialist nanny.

I hate this, I really do hate this. Hillary will probably have a free pass to get through primaries, and after President Bush, I don't think very many people will want to vote Republican.

'08 would be a good year to be independant, if only people will be smart enough to note vote "oh, Bush sucked, Republicans sucked, so I'm voting for Clinton!"

My roommate argued that America is not ready for a female president. My response was "why not? Then again, being ready for Hillary Clinton as president is probably like being ready for an atomic bomb!"

Actually I'm hoping for a certain republican to run, and if he does, I think he'd win. He's a good guy.

There is still a primary to go people. She is not the democratic party candidate yet. Even after that then we have an election. I am firm in belief that the efforts of those who expend political imaging now will only live to regret the shadow that is cast during the actual election.

To tell you the truth, Bush really isn't a true Republican. I like low taxes, smaller federal government, and a less regulated "free market". The religious right has taken control and has given true Republicans a bad name. Shoot, even my dad rescinded his promise to donate to the Republican party last year because of Bush's stance on immigration.

Not quite, it means you vote for a candidate that isn't a Republican or Democrat - an "Independent" candidate. Some view that as throwing away your vote.

As much as I've been bashing what the current adminstration is doing, having someone as nutty as Clinton in office would most likely be even worse. Seeing as her husband has already been the President, I think it will be a cakewalk for her getting on the ticket. It sure seemed to help the current Prez get nominated since his dad previously worked in the oval office.
