I was going to title the thread "Worst Idea Ever".... With that said, i've always thought the people should be able to select how their tax dollars are spent. Like you could fill out a form and select 3 sectors that you "prefer"......not that the funds would always go there (the government would still set a limit or something for each area). Like you can pick Education, Defense, Don't Care. Just a thought, lots and lots of kinks though. It's 3am...I should probably get some sleep.
