I understand that they are located in a place that is most effective for their purpose, which happens to be a place where conversations are less likely to take place.

That wasn't my question though. If I choose to believe that what the company has said is 100% accurate, then I don't really see it as that big of a deal...so it doesn't matter.

not really an article so much as a promotion, show me something independantly verified, preferrably from someone who would be concerned about the same abuse as I am, because it kind of looks like you're nut hugging. Not saying you are, but you're going to great lengths to downplay my concerns and not really showing much.
