if a person eats to the point where their food intake is having a destructive effect on their health (>50%body fat?) then that is a clue

my real unvarnished feelings are that we have enough laws already . we do not need one more that would be difficult , if not impossible to enforce without a massive database at the disposal of the restaurants and police displaying body mass index and updated regularly . a restaurant should however be able to turn away certain people without being hit with a lawsuit for obesity discrimination . also my views about this tie into my views on healthcare .... put it in a true free market with prices for hospitalization expenses etc. up front , for example
