I doubt that will actually happen, there was a discussion on Fox News about that yesterday as well. Pretty much everyone agreed that this was a feeble attempt a long term job security from the folks that manage our nulcear weapons.

what's going to suck is when we need those nukes to defend against the evil greys and they don't work because they're like 100 years old.
