Easier said than done and usually when treatment is the only viable option or rather, when it is focused on rather than curing the disease it means those brainiacs don't have a clue on curing it, that's why. Would you agree?

Other wise, shit, lets focus on curing everything. Unfortunately it aint that easy.

Yeah, I mean, sometimes research from a treatment can make a cure possible. We need the research to figure out how to solve the problem, we can't just jump in haphazardly trying to solve a problem that we know nothing about.

Well there's some noise about possible cures being ignored because drug companies don't make hella money if people get cured. Or that governments will ignore patent law and just make the drug themselves as is happening in Asia.
