Virgin mobile sued over Flickr Photo used in Ad

I have a couple pics of mine licensed under Creative Commons & GFDL, but when I use CC, I make them either non-commercial or share-alike.

You also have to keep in mind that it's not just the fact that the pictures were used, but how they were used.

CC rocks. I release all my stuff under it, but for non-commercial work and as long as credit is given.

All my code is released under GPL as well (give credit where due, can't sell, etc.).
