A few days ago though, the starter blew out of place, and theres metal peices sitting on the transmission so were working on that now, have to continue tommorow, we need the light haha. We still have to see what actually happend.

Nice car as it is, but it has to be asked: Why not the V12? Get rid of the us-spec bumpers and fit some newer rims and it'll look even better images/smilies/smile.gif

A friend of mine has a '91 in white with 315,000 miles on it. The interior is falling apart, but the car still runs perfectly. And as I say with most big BMWs: M Parallels please. images/smilies/cool.gif

haha thanks guys. Well these 7ers dont have the US spec bumpers. They have the same as the Euro ones. The rims im thinking of just sanding and repainting since some BBS will cost me some green xD but mabey later on ill buy some.

And we actually were about to buy the 750il but it was leaking oil in the showroom so we imidiatly left haha. The Straight six M30 in this bimmer is quite powerfull on its own and has such a great tone when accelerating. Its not like your typical small little v6 =D Its gone through so many overheats due to cooling system problems, and still runs like new. Tough engines these bimmers come with.

Well at this point, we may end up trading it in but im just begging my dad to keep it as he promised to keep it for me after he bought his new car. It seems though he may keep it as we found out the starter came out of place for some reason and the whole bracket broke to peices. ITs not as bad as we thought.

Ill post those pics later today.

^ Speaking from experience?

I know the feeling. Some folks are impressed, then they see some kid with shorts and a Scarface T-Shirt get out. images/smilies/biggrin.gif

Nice car. At my old workplace there was a Georgeous 740 of the same vintage. Such a nice looking car. The 740 wheels just set it off though. They really make the car.
