My first car... a BMW!

Well I'm pretty chuffed at the moment, folks and folkettes. Got a bit of money for my 18th birthday so I went out and bought this:

It's a 1993 BMW 325i coupe. Leather, sunroof, OBC, all that jazz.
I am stoked beyond belief.

Just tell your parents you though the '68 Corvette you could have bought for $200 less was overkill and maybe they'll see it isn't so bad.

WTF is going on in the second one? The left headlights tend to "fog up" after the engine's been on for a while.

Your lens isn't sealed properly. You can take it out, disassemble it, dry it out, and reassemble it with silicone to seal it back up to prevent it in the future. At least, on lots of cars you can, I don't know about bm's specifically; but it is the general way to handle condensation in the headlight like that.

The 316i is just...well...someone should have taken a coathanger to it whilst it was in pre-production.

I hope in Australia the E36s are still good BMWs, over here all those chavs rice them to death (fartcan, LEDs, stupid spoilers, spinner hubcaps), they are really nice cars but their image got destroyed images/smilies/sad.gif

Concerning the fogged up Headlight a tip from me:

Remove the complete headlight unit, remove the rear lid and lights, use a hairdryer to completely dry it (do not melt it!), check the rubber sealing at the lid, replace or perhaps use a bit of vaseline to make it seal and reassemble. Worked for my headlights images/smilies/smile.gif
