Wait... what?

I think we lost something in communication. You're allowed darker windows in the back sides (30 or 35% front sides vs 20% in the back sides). You can't have any tint on your windshield below the little line at the top. I forget how far that is, but there's a little arrow and a white line marking the furthest down you can legally tint the windshield. The rear window can be as dark as you want.
I believe the communication issue is due to the usage of the percentages. I'm referring to the percent of light allowed to pass through, thus the lower the number the darker the tint.
Ianspeed, I'm aware of the subframe issues with lowered/stiffened M3s. I already have money set aside for the Turner Motorsports reinforcement kit and installation. It's just a matter of giving the car up long enough to have it installed.
Buying modified cars doesn't bother me too much, as long as it's nothing too extreme. I think the modifications to the M3 so far are pretty minor, actually. Besides, I'm the type of person that can't leave cars alone. If the car didn't already have most of the aftermarket parts it does, I would have put them on myself sooner or later. As a matter of fact, I'm eyeing Active Autowerke's 7.5 psi supercharger kit right now. My goal is to have it on by the end of spring, or at least summer.
I'm going to shoot you in the foot, steal your keys and roar away in your M3. ..If I can get a permit to do so.
I liked the M3, but now you got me REALLY drooling. Please tell me you have more pictures and you're going to post them....
Woah. That is quite a bike. . . but I see quite a lot of wear down the center of the rear tire. My biker buddies would give you a bit of a ragging methinks.![]()
Not I though. I'm a 4 wheeler... and I'm glad your into mods. I'd think I would make a CSL clone but who knows. Sweet sweet car.

Sadly, I didn't have the bike long enough to get too far over on it. Less than 2 months. I bought it after not having been on a bike in a couple years, so I sure as hell wasn't going to start dragging knees immediately.
I doubt I'll be turning it into a CSL clone. Partially because I'm not really into cosmetic modifications and partially because the CSL thing is getting pretty played out. Almost half of the e46 M3s at the last meet I attended had CSL trunks and wheels.
I'm actually going back to the OEM 19" wheels in the next couple weeks. My plans are to (cosmetically) have the front end repainted, then pretty much leave it alone. Mechanically, that's a completely different story. The supercharger kit I'm leaning towards claims 499hp to the wheels.
Thanks for the pictures....now I need to clean my keyboard.
And teletubby-warrior, when motorcycle manufactures build replicas, they're not too far from the truth, specially regarding SBK.
