| I'll start off with the DD. It's a 2008 Ford Escape XLT and I hate it. It has a Focus drive train which does alright........... in a Focus. Gladly I don't own it. It's a company car and I would hope that anyone that even cared the slightest for me would kick me in the jimmy for buying one. ![]() You can see it off to the side. It's not worth taking anything special for. We all know what an Escape looks like. My next car used to be my DD until I got the Escape. It's a 1991 Dodge Stealth R/T TT. I bought the car in pretty good shape but there is plenty of work to be done. I've done the wheels, next up is the entire brake system. It had silver wheels and then I put on some black ones but I have yet to get any really good shots with those on. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() My last car is my project car. It's a 1989 Chrysler LeBaron GTC Turbo II. It's in need of a lot of work but it runs great. I've done the wheels/tires, brakes and a full 3" exhaust. I have the parts to redo the entire suspension as well as the interior. However, there is a huge dent in the side. I have a donor car I'm going have the panels cut from and welded to the GTC. It will be going in before the end of the winter. I have all the parts to do everything I want save for the engine and transmission work which I'll be able to finish next year. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() If want to see more pics or read about the cars the link's in my sig.

| Wait what? You have a Focus that magically turned into an Escape partway through your post? Your Stealth scares small children (or so I assume). Nice stuff, but those wheels are terrible on the LeBaron, btw. | |

| LOL, I'm lysdexic. It's an Escape, but it's FWD and a four cylinder. It's got the drive train of the Focus and it suffers for it. Thanks, I've always loved the aggressive looks of the 1gen Stealth which is why I picked it over the 3000GT. As for the LeBaron's wheels. I really liked those when I bought them but for a while now I've been wanting something better looking, that weighs a little less. Considering what I came from they aren't bad. ![]()

| They put a turbo in the LeBaron! Now that is just stupid. My girlfriend had a LeBaron and that chassis cannot handle a turbo. The struts are filled with JIF for Pete's sake, I don't see the point. By the way, how do you like how the controls are laid out in that car?

| Well, I would agree with you on the normal LeBaron. Actually, they turbo-charged thousands of them. just most of them were non intercooled and running low boost, nothing special. The GTC had bigger wheels, better suspension, bigger vented brakes, and this one has the turbo II. It's intercooled with a Garrett T03. It also has a five speed Getrag which handles plenty of extra power. Most people end up blowing CV joints or shearing axles. Besides, it's getting Konis and some stiffer springs after it's painted. ![]() Anyhow, the interior isn't all that great. Standard 80s flat and boring. I'm not very fond of it but the car is fun enough I look past it. Then again I might swap in the 90+ interior which looks much better.

| Ah yes, the Masi TC. The J-body LeBarom is based off that. I think they both have the k-frame. However, I know all the body panels are different, and I think the LeBaron is the better looking of the two. Also, the TC could be had DOHC while the LeBaron was on SOHC. That's alright since the 8v head is better. The DOHC head on the TC isn't good and parts are hard to come by. I see those selling all the time for $7,000 around here.
