| Just bumping this to keep it from being deleted, the engine is fixed and running great again, along with a $74.60 oil change. Damn you synthetic! Taking it into the shop soon to get the front end fixed, will keep you updated with pictures, not to mention i found a part i've been looking for for months: T top shades!

| I used some kind of nuts full synthetic with an awesome filter and some high mileage additive, i don't intend to spend that money every time. Problem was the oil was really nasty and it needed some love ![]() Also, i'm having the crazy idea of ripping off a pair of black doors at the junkyard with windup windows and putting them on my car. I have a hatred and distrust of electric power ANYTHING. (I removed my power control seat as well)

| Try moving from a power seat to a non power seat, i went from an already-low driving position and became richard hammond! My eyeline is below the windshield wipers, and i'm an even 6 feet.

Car: 1969 Mustang Coupe - 01 Grand Prix GTP Rep Power: 14 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I ought to say, you probably would have been better off just changing over to some cheaper basic synthetic oil and a decent filter for about 100 miles, then doing another oil change to the fancy stuff then- the cheaper stuff would pick up whatever left from the previous nasty and leave the expensive stuff a bit cleaner in the long run. Whether or not that would actually help I don't know, that just my way of thinking. |

| He bought some goodyear eagle racing slicks. Bad news for my car, i took it for a spin and its missing really bad at low RPM, it stops as you rev it past 2,500. The gas in it was 2 or 3 months old and i think that might have been causing it so i drained it and am going to put in some more, i hope that fixes it so i dont have to pull the plugs ![]()

| Put in some new gas and fixed my broken throttle pedal (old cable was connected to the pedal by, and i'm not joking, a safety pin), and fixed my broken power locks, i think maybe replacing the doors might be more trouble than its worth. My passenger side window motor is wrecked, does anyone know a cheap place to get a new one?
