95's FTP - cannot access for the life of me

i cant get on to 95's ftp at all

browser just says its not there.

what things do i have to do to be able to see it. i know my way round my router, but i dont know what alot of the settings do or anything.

computer itself has no firewall bar the windows one, should i turn that off? i have mcafee enterprise 8 also, but thats just a virus scanner.

would enabling the DMZ work?

I cant get on because too many people are trying to access it.

And yes, download a proper client.

There's a free client called CoreFTP Lite Edition, anything else and you'll either have to buy the program or cross the line into illegality.
