Default ¿Can I save incomplete downloads?

Yes, third attempt to Download Top Gear 08x03, is now stuck (as commented in other post), it stucked again....in 99% , this is totally annoying, frustrating, images/smilies/vampire.gif , more than 750MB of rubbish data has been downloaded, but not the data that should be downloaded......

I just wanna know if I can save and watch normally (not with preview) this episode without the remaining 4MB, I use BitComet.

... I ask Herb Helbig, vehicle synthesis manager for SRT and a member of the original Team Viper development group since day one, if they'd ever thought of adding traction control. "It comes with two," he says, pointing at my feet. "Learn to use them." Got it.

a client = the software you use (azureus, bitcomet, utorrent,...)...you get different results and speeds from different clients (programs). Tastes differ so you have to choose the program you use for yourself

a seed = a person who has downloaded the file 100% and who uploads the file to other users (peers)

a peer = users that download the file (they download what they haven't got and they upload what they have already downloaded)

images/smilies/cry.gif images/smilies/cry.gif I've lost one week trying to download this, an unknown problem, Bah...

I just wanna know if I can save and watch normally (not with preview) this episode without the remaining 4MB, I use BitComet.
for some files i have the same problem, it stays at 99.9% with 256kb remaining, but you can wait what you want, you never receive it

but just delete ".bc!" extention (when using bitcomet), and all should work fine, even index isn't corrupted
