BT suddenly slow(ish)
I have suddenly started getting slow downloads from bittorrent with my top/fifth gear downloads, my upoad speed is the same though. BT is only connecting to about thirty peers and I am getting like 1/10 of the speed I was getting. Has anybody else had this problem. My up/down ratio is excellent, almost 4 to 1. I have not changed any settings and my router is still set the same way. I will contact my isp but it seems strange to me.

Firstly, ENSURE that you are using uTorrent.
If your having problems connecting to peers and seeds, it could be relating to you being behind a router? If not, I'm not sure what the problem could be. What connection are you on? We can optimize network settings based on that. |
