Rep Power: 237  | Anyway, your download speed has to do with how much you're uploading (the quicker you upload, the more bandwidth the people you're uploading to are likely to give you) and how many seeds/peers there are. If you have 2 seeders and 1000 peers, speeds are probably going to be slow.
