How do you download season packs faster?

It's been a bloody 2 weeks now, and Season 12 pack is only at 10%

I just got series 12 and it took me about 24 hours to download them.....think you got a problem with your torrent prog.

Judging by where their location is, they have a problem with their internet in general I think.

1. don't use wireless, plug in
2. try downloading one episode at a time
3. make sure you aren't downloading/streaming other material at the same time
