Took me 13 hours to download the episode. It started out at 0.4 kb/s and then moved rapidly upwards to a blazing speed of 4 kb/s

*James May style* Then after a few hours of brutal 4 kb/s downloading it increased to about 13 kb/s and peaked at about 40 kb/s at the very very end.

I have time warner cable at home in SD, 4 MBPS, and I twerked the utorrent connections as best I could. If someone could explain what exactly is the problem I would love to know, because:

1. TW cable is not in the list of Bad ISPs
2. I changed up all the utorrent specs that I needed to and was uploading at around 10 kb/s
3. My port was forwarded and everything I checked was working properly
4. I followed all the directions given by Viper's links in that one thread that I'm too lazy to go find

EDIT: Nevermind, I dled episode 2 in half that time, had to make a few changes though.
