Closest I could find on my Router Setup was this:

Can anyone help me fill it in?

Well put the port on the left that you client uses, 6969 probably. Then I'd guess your local-ip:6969 in the middle box and then check the enable box.

i refer to http://www.portforward.com/ again.
the default port for a bittorrent client is 6881 btw, not 6969 (thats the tracker's port).

depends on the router...
for some clients you only need to forward one port total, for other clients you need to forward a port for every torrent youre downloading simultaneously.
so if you forward 5 ports you can download 5 torrents at the same time max, which would only need 5 port-forwarding rules.

Thanks mate, I managed to resove the NAT error and have opened the ports. That site is excellent. Now can someone please tell be the best settings that I should use in Azureus.

I have a 1Mbps download and about 30 Kbps upload.
