Has Utorrent has definitely completed the download? What media player are you using? What error are you getting?

The file it downloaded should just be a standard .avi file encoded with either DivX or more likely XviD.

Whenever you double click a torrent file to start it, uTorrent gives you the option to the save the .avi file any where you want.
