Default Mininova not opening in my region

I think it's most probably my region or ISP banning mininova. For further dismay, I couldn't find season 12 episode 2 torrent anywhere online. If possible, can someone post the .torrent files or atleast upload to a blog or something? I am very much awaiting to see the new season, especially after grueling 6 months of work images/smilies/sad.gif

if you can ftp, check out the ftp sites (instructions if you've never ftp'd before). link to the ftp site information. Otherwise, they are on mininova (these are the season 12 search results), but the bonus of ftp is that you aren't dependent on someone seeding the eps. There are other methods (file hosting etc) with details on the site if you take the time to go looking.

I'm not sure if you read the papers or read news of any kind but due to 3 undersea cables being damaged, large parts of the Middle East & South East Asia (namely India) have had internet problems.

Report on Dec 21st:

Quote:
NEW DELHI: Blank calls, jarring voice traffic and a slow Internet connection due to the breakdown of three submarine cables have slowed down
business in India and 13 other countries.

The cables - Sea Me We 4 (SMW 4), Sea Me We 3 (SMW 3) and FLAG EA - run under the sea between Egypt and Italy and carry 90% of all data between Europe and the Middle East.

Rajesh Chharia, president, Internet Service Providers Association of India, says, "The cables are expected to be down till the end of the month. One of the two maintenance boats in the Mediterranean, the Raymond Croze, a France Telecom marine cable ship, will reach the location on December 21."

According to a France Telecom report, while Maldives is 100% down, there has been an 82% disruption in India. Among other countries affected are Saudi Arabia, Egypt, UAE, Malaysia, Pakistan, Qatar and Zambia.
Repairs are on-going right now.

An alternative to mininova.org is isohunt.com

Hence the title - Captain Internet. Must've missed that bit, then again, our local newspaper can barely spell, let alone pull stories off the wire. Ta for the info
