Problem Connecting To Tracker - Timeout Exceeded
what does this mean? does it mean i have to delete the torrent and files and re click them and download them again from whichever site i got them originally?

Just means that the tracker currently has too many connections to it from other people. Just leave your torrents be. Your client will automatically keep trying to reconnect.
