Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Afte updating my mac to 10.4 tiger and Quicktime 7, some topgear & fifth gear episodes has become hard to view. The 3ivx codec and divx aren't compatible anymore and I can't find a working alternative. I have the xvid codec, which gives me perfect video, but no audio on some files. Seems like 48Khz audio creates problems, 44Khz is ok. I've switched to Mplayer 2.0 for now, it plays all files correctly, but isn't as nice as Quicktime. Any tips?

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | i had the same problem when I switched to Tiger. I finally just gave up and use mplayer for everything that I cant play. I'd be interested in seeing if there is a fix around. |
