I am having problems when trying to burn Fifth Gear episodes that I have downloaded using Torrent to DVD in that the sound is out when compared to the videos. This can be up to 30-40 seconds out which makes it terribel to watch. It is fine when I watch it on the PC but when I use Nero to burn it to DVD it is way out. It seems to be totally at random as some are fine. Any thought?

It's probably something to do with the way nero transcodes the audio and video separately...

It has something to do with the VBR sound that is being used... Nero has Problems with that...

You may have to convert it to non-VBR first (larger filesize, hence why we don't do it). I'm not sure though.
