Default Video out of sync on WMP 10

Hi

When I play season 4 and 5 of TG on windows media player 10, it plays fine for the first minute or so, but then the video pauses, the sound continues as per normal, and then after awhile the video rushes through and is briefly in sync with the sound again, and then the whole thing repeats. I would be relieved if anyone could help me solve this problem.

Vimal

Oh if it helps it is Windows XP and Pentium 4 something gigahertz.

What video codec do you have?

Uninstall everything and install FFDshow only.

Next!

FFDshow is a codec that does everything. Fast, free and reliable.

So you don't need other codecs.

Just the best.

Just uninstall everything else and install ffdshow

Download here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/ffdshow-tryout/

VLC has a feature that can set the A/V out of sync, so you can cancel out any other sync problems.
