Default Bike helmet or race-car helmet (in Canada)

Are they interchangable?

Dont want to have to buy both.

by bike, i am assuming you mean motorcycle and not bicycle. no, they aren't necessarily the same. you need to find out what certification requirements are needed for your application (Snell, DOT, ECE, BSI etc) as well as need for full face, half, 3/4, hinged full, etc. sometimes individual tracks have requirements, almost always racing/DE clubs have specific requirements.

Racecar helmets and bike helmets are basically the same. Bike helmets don't have fire-proofing though.
