    The Guy Martin Thread

This is something I didn't know. But having read this now it makes sense. Seems like a great guy though, love watching his stuff and the excitement he shows in what ever he's working on.

Unverified Ownership Anesthesia's daily driver. I skipped the 90's

Thanks. Not regretting going with this yet. We'll see six months down the line if that's still true. :D

I wonder how similar they actually are? So far I've been more than happy with going with this instead of the other options I was looking at.

Yeah, already some of my friends have thought it's newer than it is. Thanks :)

Time will tell how good of a choice I made. :D At least I know these well enough to sort them out if and when something comes up.

Unverified Ownership Anesthesia's daily driver. I skipped the 90's

I've liked this generation from when they came out. I drove my friends 2.2 diesel wagon actually just a few days ago. It gets better mileage but with how little mileage I end up putting on it between the other vehicles I drive. I have no need for a wagon myself. I'm happy with these new things...

I'll say "no" for now without any reservations about said answer in the future. :D

Unverified Ownership Anesthesia's daily driver. I skipped the 90's

So after looking at at least half a dozen different makes and models I ended up with my 4th honda. I now have no excuses. Hondamies it is. It's a 2005 accord sport business. Full service history and the K-series K20 engine. Same engine as the civic Type R, but with a milder tune(cams and...

    Our "own" car reviews

2020 honda civic 1.0 turbo You know they're desperate when I get a few messages asked to go on a test drive. So why not? :D Visually I'm not sure how I feel about this car, the last good looking civic was made in 2000. What I was interested in was how have they managed to sort out the turbo...

In this case the owner who took it to auction was the real winner. :D

    Random Thoughts... [Automotive Edition]

Thing with these super expensive collector cars is that while most people will not understand the price and wouldn't buy one even if they could, it only takes one person to think it's worth the time and money. Kind of like the foo... ummm, young individual that saw fit to pay an stup... more...

M3's are going up in value... it would be an investment! :D Obviously. :D A caprice on the other hand would be fun, but it would need to be a sedan.

    Random Thoughts... [Automotive Edition]

Now that I sold off my daily driver I'm once again browsing used cars. For real this time. I now face a problem I've never had before. I'm trying to balance between reasonable, affordable daily drivers that rly don't need to be anything exiting, just work... and then there's the "ooh, that could...

    Ownership Verified: Anesthesia's 4G Civic

After about ten years and roughly 50k km I've sold the gray sedan. So from this point on the topic will be less confusing and concentrate on the dohc only. I got a more than fair offer it was time to be someone else's problem. Some 18 year old drove an hour to see it and off it went. It's been...

They probably did have a similar one. We never got the earler integras before the R so we never had the engines they put in them. These cars had a very basic set of oem decals that left a lot of things up to you to find out.

Unverified Ownership I just can't quit them: 2001 Toyota MR2 Spyder, heavily modified.

Don't see many of these anymore. Without a doubt a fun car.

Some things already done. I managed to "wheeler delaler" some spare rims I'll paint some other color and put tires on before spring. I also got my decals fort the doors I ordered ages ago but only showed up recently thanks to the postal strike we had going on over here. A few more things I've...

I think that's more than acceptable. I bet @Galantti wasn't exactly trying to hypermile it(what was the top speed again? :D).
