    MX5/Miata Thread

Slowly Getting my car together, I'm pretty excited though. The big purchases for this car well be bushings and suspension. I'm interested in getting two sets of springs since I imagine 550s would be quite stiff on the street. Right now I'm eyeing the Fox suspension that flyin' miata has for...

The thing runs fine, it just has been sitting for a while so it's going to need a tune-up (nothing crazy) Here in Canada MX5 prices are pretty high, this is one of the cheapest MX5s I found in looking for years on kijiji. Most cars in this range have major problems and lots of rust. Same...

Well it looks the sti is on it's way out. I'm not a huge fan of the car, so I'm getting rid of it and replacing with this. Already I am in love. Picked up tonight, no rust at all. The thing just needs a tune-up, and it will be good to go. Car has 137,500 miles on it and I got it for $3100 off...

    2015 Australian GP.

Two wows, Ferrari and McLaren. We knew Ferrari was going to be fast in testing and they proved it. They are up there with Williams, which is a huge improvement for them. McLaren. Well... not much to say about this. Hopefully they get their car sorted.

Forum-wide survey: How oomphy is your ride?

Horsepower per liter means Fuck All. It's easy to get a turbocharged engine to high H/P liter. But there is nothing putting out this much power stock that is nearly as bulletproof.

Ownership Verified: I finally made up my mind on a car, My 2009 STi.

Today I washed, clayed and polished my car today. As I knew before it's going to need to be repainted. Probably just touch ups for now, other than dozens of rock chips from the previous owner the paint isn't too bad. I figure a few thousand dollars in a a year or two should fix those...
