I couldn't get the helmet order changed or cancelled as it's already been shipped (on the upside, that means we actually own a helmet), but we can have the helmet returned to the retailer for an exchange should the size be wrong.
 
Alright.
 
We would have to pay for shipping to & from the retailer & painter (to be expected), but that was only GBP6.80 on the original order.
 
pretty amazing how all this is happening and we dont really even know one another too well and the actual product wontr even be touched by a member until the very very end. kudos to finalgear.com!
 
Fund notice for those who care:

Just sent fbc US$470 for the helmet. He actually only needed AU$470 to cover the AU$442 helmet + PayPal fee, but I fucked up (wrong currency). :lol: No worries though as we'll balance it back out when it comes time to pay for the painting. ;)
 
Yep, I'm off to the casino with my extra USD :p

Actually Viper the full USD470 came through, so I'm completely confused about PayPal's fees now...
 
It'll say I sent that much, but is that your account's balance?
 
Yeah - it lost a few dollars on the AUD conversion, but the full USD470 came across.
