Default iPhone apps think I'm in Texas..

iPhone newbie here so bear with me. As the title says some apps on my phone seem to be a bit lost. Apps like weather and maps keep wanting to think I'm in Abilene when I'm tanning here on the beaches of Okinawa. It seems to only be the third-party apps that are doing this since the included ones remember that I am where I actually am. Any clues about how to fix this one? It's really annoying having to manually set my location every time I want to check to see if it's going to rain.

I've had this problem before. Admittedly, I live in Oklahoma, which is close(ish) to Texas, but... it did get annoying. I ended up reloading the OS on it, and that seemed to fix it. :/

Good luck!
