Opera setup command question & Muvo N200 mp3 player firmware

There's some command in Opera which you can type into the address bar and get into this menu with check boxes and stuff where you can disable stuff... Any idea what that command is? I tried googling it but failed miserably.

Second question is related to my 1 GB Creative Muvo Micro N200 mp3 player. Now this thing has horrible firmware and it needs to be redone every few months. I used to have it on my XP desktop but since I'm away on travel, I don't have it. I went to the Creative website but they didn't have firmware for Vista so I got their stuff for XP and tried to run it in the compatability mode but it didn't work. Any ideas what to do? (I tried registering to the Creative forums for help but the confirmation email never came thru).
