Is the data on your sim card or the phones internal memory?

I've been using a WinMo phone for the past 4yrs so I'm not too sure, but I do know that if you have a Samsung, Nokia or Sony Ericsson, there are software suites which you can download from the official sites and you can backup and restore your data, including contacts and messages from that software.

Using bluetooth should open com ports and you should be able to configure the software to look for those com ports... hopefully images/smilies/tongue.gif
