Hey i'm just wondering if you "download" stuff from NBC's Olympic coverage if it will permanently be downloaded or what not.

What.. Are you talking about steaming? If you are then, no.

See the thing is I think its streaming, but NBC says its "downloading". Which mean you download the information but its streamed or what not

When streaming, you see the information that has already been downloaded while still loading the rest of the information. Sometimes streamed video files will be deleted from cache immediately after you leave the page, but usually you can go to your Temporary Internet Files folder and find the file you just viewed.
