Default Best app for S60

Just got a Nokia N95 8Gb, been toying around with the S60 platform and all I can say is that I'm loving it.images/smilies/cool.gif

I got TomTom, Garmin & Nokia Map 2.0 Installed, MWeather, Fring, Opera Mini and Live Messenger installed.

Any other good apps you guys want to recommend?

Lightsabre. Uses N95s motion sensor to make lightsaber noises. Great fun images/smilies/mrgreen.gif

google maps/earth, Gmail app if you use gmail, coreplayer will play any format of video/audio, X-plore(for browsing all the folders easily), Ultimate VR for recording calls without the beep noise, Resco news if you like RSS feeds, Best Calc is a good scientific calculator, MobiTubia is the best youtube app with a very cool and smooth interface it will also let you save clips onto your phone, Shazam ID will give you all the info about any song if you record a few seconds of it with the program (Shazam id), Nokia sport tracker app will use the GPS to give you data about your ruuning, walking cyclying etc.

Games are endless so I won't add anything about them.

Also, look into Python, It can offer great apps like the beer gimmick like on the iphone, fish tank, and loads of other good stuff.

And, check out symbian-freak.com for cool apps and games images/smilies/wink.gif

I'll be glad to help with any further questions images/smilies/wink.gif

thanks for the help : )

I got coreplayer installed but still can't get rmvb files to play properly. The phone supports real 7/8 but not the latest codecs. I've looked around on google but can't find anything that will play rmvb files.

I'll have a look at MobiTubia, sounds like a handy program to have.

Nokia Sports Tracker is really great. Also Race Chrono seems interesting for recording laptimes, but I haven't tried it in action yet. And mIRGGI of course images/smilies/wink.gif

Just installed WorldMate, it's probably one of the best mobile app I've come across.

Depending on where you live / go, you can get a look at Metro (http://metro.nanika.net/). It's a very cool app that calculate metro routes, bus routes or whatever you take in a town so you don't have to look at a map. A real life saver ^^
There are hundreds of cities covered in the database images/smilies/smile.gif
