For keyboard:

Compressed air and a vacuum cleaner to catch all the crap that comes out.

Screen:
LCD cleaner and a nice microfibre cloth. you can buy kits fairly cheap that have both in them.

Wouldn't it be a lot easier just to unscrew the back and take the whole thing apart? You wouldn't have to memorize where the keys went that way.
