F1 Manager browser game

I am trying to produce a new Formula 1 manager but after a few go's at programming with PHP I'm sort of stuck as my knowledge of PHP is rather, well bad. I've got such a lot of nice ideas, but I just can't implement them!

So here a request anyone likes programming PHP and formula 1? I think I would be able to pay some money if that would be a necessary.

So please let me know, then I will give you some more details!

There are a lot of other F1 manager games. What are advantages of your game? Is it worth to create new one?
