Default Ferrari GT 2 In 1 Racing Wheels Force Feedback

Just wondering if any of you guys would know.

http://www.thrustmaster.com/eng/d_prd.php?p=T311
Is this "strong force feedback immerion licence" true force feed back?

Or is it just a fancy dumb name for vibration?
Alot of online stores list it as a force feedback wheel, but have 'vibration' listed in the features.

Google wasnt much help.

Anyone here that owns this wheel?

EDIT: Note that i dont mean the 'rumble force' variant of the wheel.

it appears that it is actual force feedaback... but i would like to take this time to say you should just buy a Logitech Driving force pro since it is pretty much the best budget wheel on the market today until the G25 comes out in october if you still consider $300USD budget

Well, there is a rumble version and a forcefeedback version, at least that's their names... A quick google brought that up.
And the ffb costs just a bit over 50 Euros and the DFP is just under 70... Come on and don't be so cheap.

And Xeon is right there are lots of wheel threads and he could have posted in one of those...

This is a specific thread with a specific question. It warrants a new thread.

Seems people can put the same search string i did into google and post the same websites it returned to me.

Thanks for the speculation.

Ahh well, was worth trying.
Peace out.

the answer is really very easy like i said in my first post. Until the G25 comes out the Driving Force Pro for PS2 (works on the PC) is the best wheel on the market for less than $1000USD. why anyone would even consider getting something different is beyond me unless ofcourse availability is an issue in which case i will buy you one and ship it ot Aus. if you give me the money

around 1k. Last time i priced stuff out with the addition of an dogleg 6spd shifter my package was around 1200

This Forum shows a good list of the companies that make quality wheels and pedals

This Setup is 33k but watching the Videos will show you where the money went

hahahaha.

see NOW the thread has spiralled into a generic wheel coversation.

I'm asking about this wheel because there are a stack of them on ebay, and i have converted a small group of mates that are now keen to race.

Never buy cheap, because you'll buy twice... Not true with everything, but surely for wheels... My bet, those you posted last with lots of luck half the time that a dfp will.

And every wheel thread around here turns into a general "hail dfp and if I got the money i'll buy a g25" thread

And that's the exact reason Xeon was pointing that out...
