Rep Power: 0 ![]() | i have no idea... but google said http://www.newsreaders.com/win/utilities.html might be a handy page (and i think so as well), especially BNR (Binary News Reader) as it has an internal JPEG viewer, but you might try FotoVac as well, as it is a binary grabber and image viewer by the makers of ACD See.
