It screws up sessions as it checks the site for you to see if it's updated. Just disable it for forums like this one, swek.

I'm debating uninstalling it all together, but it'd seem like I'm wasting time if I wasn't using it. images/smilies/lol.gif

I'm higly sceptical about the measuring standards. How does Google determine how much time you've saved ?

Bytes not downloaded as a result of GWA x your download speed I'd assume.

However, since their servers are located in America, you may not see much of an increase if you're outside the USA.

something i noticed is that. when i go on this site, after look at one thread which i havent seen, and i go back, all the threads are marked as read alreay. sometimes it feels slower as well lol.

I haven't installed it, though.

I deleted it, it sucked, sometimes it came up 3 times in the CTRL-ALT-DEL screen.. images/smilies/wacko.gif

Well they stopped downloads of it anyway, supposedly since they are full, but I think it's a lot due to the security concerns.

You mean Task Manager? Cuz ctrl-alt-del can have other functions too.
