Car: '04 Toyota Sienna, crippled people like vans.... Rep Power: 53  | You could set your windows volume control to record what you hear, then play the file and record it into an audio editing program like Adobe Audition or Audacity (free), then save it as an mp3. |

My solution above is pretty simple as well. I've used it before for various things, such as grabbing audio from embedded sources or protected files.
